Wing and Satoshi 14 Feb 09

Wing and Satoshi celebrated their wedding on St. Valentine's day...the Japanese groom and the Hong Kong bride joined in a love that crossed cultures and distances. They chose to celebrate their union on neutral ground, Sunny Singapore, which Satoshi hailed as his second hometown. Since the couple did not have to follow through many of the customary proceedings, I had the luxury of enjoying the day at their chosen pace and shooting at leisure. The shots of the day were mostly taken at Raffles Hotel, where the couple hosted a cosy dinner for friends and family. At the end of the dinner, Satoshi's mates hoisted and tossed the groom into the air to congratulate the lucky man, following an age-old Japanese wedding custom. Score.

I especially love the sizzling feel of the bathtub shots below :)
